Smoked ON-SITE Daily @ Dickey's Barbecue

Every Dickey's location smokes all of their meats ON-SITE DAILY at the restaurant the same way it was done in 1941. Dickey's serves up beef brisket, pulled pork, ham, polish sausage, turkey breast and chicken, with an extensive array of home-style sides from jalapeño beans to macaroni and cheese. Buttery rolls are served with every meal. 

To keep the meat fresh, tender and juicy throughout the day it is wrapped in a plastic covering and kept in our warmer to insure it's freshness until you are ready to be served.  All of our meats are seasoned and slow smoked in hickory wood burning pits, ON-SITE DAILY, at each of our restaurants.

We source only the highest quality meats in the country and if it's not perfect, we don't serve it.

Happy First Day of Summer

Woo hoo! Today is the first day of and the summer solstice which also makes it the longest day of the year. I know exactly how I’m going to spend my 14.5 hours of sunny daylight on this warm summer day!

I’ll hang out by the beach and enjoy the sun.

 Then I’ll stop by Dickey’s to hang out with some friends and fill up on Miss Ollie’s Iced Tea

One of the signature items found at every single Dickey’s Barbecue Pit locations is its big yellow cups. These cups are named as such because they are pretty large in size when compared to most franchises and can hold a huge amount of soda. It’s the Texas spin on beverage sizes, and it’s made the company famous in the process. Because of this, the company has named their exclusive discount club after these giant yellow cups that can be seen throughout its restaurants.

Free Fishing Day - Remember your Lunch Box

"Make plans now to take your family out and enjoy a free day of fishing"  On June 8 it is Free Fishing Day in the State of Utah. You don't need a fishing license to fish that day.
You'll want to come pick up your Box Lunches from Dickey's all prepared for you.

Early June is one of the best times of the year to fish in Utah. Fishing for warm water fish, including bluegill, catfish, white bass and smallmouth and largemouth bass, is just starting to pick up. And trout and other cold water fish are still active and available to catch.
